Small Group Strength And Conditioning

Our Small Group Strength and Conditioning sessions are built for people who want real results without the pressure of a packed gym or generic workouts. This class is the same as our women’s-only training—same supportive vibe, same smart programming—but open to everyone.

Each session combines strength training, conditioning, and mobility work tailored to your level. You'll get coaching on form, guidance on appropriate progressions and regressions, and just the right amount of challenge for YOU. We keep the groups small so you get the attention you need, plus the energy and accountability that comes from training together.

Youth Sports Performance Training

Strength, Speed, and Confidence for Young Athletes

Our youth training program is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation of movement, strength, and performance—while keeping it fun and age-appropriate.

While it’s easy to get caught up in the newest flashy workout or trend, we offer training that will increase your fundamental athleticism.

We work with athletes from all sports and all levels, helping them improve strength, speed, agility, and injury resilience. But it’s not just about physical performance—we also focus on confidence, character, discipline and building a lifelong love for training.

Group sessions are structured, challenging, and engaging. Athletes leave sweaty, smiling, and stronger every time.

Teen Girls Only: Strength and Support Class

Training for Her Unique Body, Mind, and Life

This class is designed specifically for teen girls who want to build strength, learn about real nutrition, and feel confident in their bodies—without the pressure or confusion of typical fitness spaces.

This class is geared towards middle and high school athletes, but is also for those girls simply looking to build muscle, confidence and athleticism.

We talk openly about things most programs ignore:

  • How to train around your cycle

  • How your body is changing—and why that’s a good thing

  • Why eating enough matters

  • How strength training builds confidence, not bulk

Every session combines training, education, and group support in a safe, empowering space. It’s about creating strong, capable young women who understand their bodies and know how to take care of them.
